Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website, tools, dashboards, account pages, widgets, market data, documents, or support channels, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or services.

Additional terms may apply to trading accounts, funding methods, verification checks, platform features, promotions, or specific products. If there is a conflict, the more specific document or account notice applies to that feature.

2. No investment advice

Content on the website is provided for general information only. Market data, calculators, charts, heatmaps, economic calendars, articles, examples, and support messages do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any instrument.

You should make independent decisions and consider whether leveraged trading is suitable for your financial situation, experience, objectives, and risk appetite.

3. Risk warning

Forex, metals, CFDs, and other leveraged products are high-risk instruments. Market prices can move quickly, spreads can widen, liquidity can reduce, and losses may occur rapidly. Past performance, market commentary, simulated examples, or historical prices are not reliable indicators of future performance.

4. Website availability and data

We aim to provide stable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or delay-free website operation. Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity issues, vendor outages, cyber events, market disruption, regulatory change, or force majeure events.

Market data may be sourced from third parties, liquidity providers, public feeds, internal calculations, or platform vendors. Data may be delayed, rounded, cached, indicative, or unavailable. You should not rely on website data as the sole basis for a trading decision.

5. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your device, email address, password, two-factor authentication, API keys, and account access secure. Any activity performed through your credentials may be treated as authorized unless we determine otherwise after review.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or platform to:

• Violate laws, sanctions, payment rules, intellectual-property rights, or the rights of others.
• Upload malware, attack systems, scrape restricted data, overload services, bypass security controls, or reverse engineer private technology.
• Misrepresent identity, create duplicate or nominee accounts, submit forged documents, or abuse referral, promotion, or payment systems.
• Use automated systems, latency exploitation, price-feed manipulation, or any activity that damages fair platform operation.

7. Intellectual property

The website, brand elements, user interface, design, software, graphics, text, layouts, tools, code, and content are owned by TradeX Markets or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may use the website for personal account and information purposes only. You may not copy, publish, resell, redistribute, modify, frame, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

8. Third-party services and links

The website may include links, charts, market widgets, payment routes, identity checks, communication tools, or embedded content operated by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, terms, data, security, availability, or content. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeX Markets is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from website use, unavailable services, data inaccuracies, third-party failures, unauthorized access caused by your security failures, or decisions made using website information.

10. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update the website, tools, pages, legal documents, products, content, fees, availability, or access rules at any time. We may suspend or terminate website access if we believe you breached these terms, created risk, misused services, or triggered legal, security, or compliance concerns.

11. Governing law and enforceability

The governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute forum should be stated in the final client onboarding documents or entity-specific disclosures. If any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply as far as permitted by law.

Before production, replace this clause with the correct company jurisdiction, registered address, regulator details if applicable, and dispute resolution process.
